Saka has once again been selected as the best used car dealership chain in Finland. The comprehensive Service 1 Survey conducted by Auto Bild was organized for the 21st time this year, and we proudly maintained our top position.

"It's fantastic to see that our determined work toward improving customer experience is bearing fruit, and we won the Service 1 Survey once again," our CEO Petri Poukkula rejoices.

Our overall score was 85%, while the second-placed chain received 80%.

The Service 1 Mystery Shopping Survey is the automotive industry's largest customer research study and is conducted annually from January to June. Researchers perform mystery shopping throughout the country, visiting all dealerships multiple times. The survey included the 9 largest used car chains.

"We improved our score by four percentage points from last year. This is an excellent demonstration of our ability to serve customers best year after year. We received particular recognition for the development of our digital services, sales-oriented approach, and friendly service. According to the survey, we were superior in subjective overall impression. Every customer who participated in the study would have been willing to buy a car from us," Poukkula continues.

"Professional purchasing and inventory management ensures that each of our customers finds the most suitable car for themselves along with the appropriate additional services. Listening to customers and responding to their needs is reflected in increased customer satisfaction. Of course, there's always room for improvement, and we will particularly focus on improving our response time when customers arrive at our dealership. Next year, our goal is to be number one in every category," Poukkula concludes.
