Saka's Q1 results: market leader's figures historically strong, revenue nearly 195 million euros in challenging market

Saka achieved record figures in the first quarter (Q1) of the year. The company's revenue grew significantly, rising to 194.9 million euros. At the same time, the company's profitability improved considerably compared to the reference period, strengthening our position as the undisputed market leader in the industry in Finland.
Saka's early year performance shows that there is demand for an automotive retail innovator, despite the general economic situation being a topic of concern among consumers. Our company sold a total of 10,690 cars during January-March. According to our own assessment, Saka is currently the undisputed market leader in the industry.
Outpacing competitors with rapid inventory turnover
At the core of Saka's success is the ability to identify customer needs and stay closely connected to the current moment. The company's inventory is the most desirable and fastest-turning in the industry, which is a direct result of anticipation and utilizing data in purchasing.
"We have the best selection in the market and cars are moving quickly now. Particularly noteworthy is that although the growth in electric vehicles has been dramatic and we have become Finland's largest electric car retailer, all powertrains still move well. Despite strong growth in electric powertrains, it's good to note that over half of our customers still purchase combustion engine cars today. This demonstrates that we can offer exactly the kind of cars that Finns are currently looking for," says Saka's CEO Petri Poukkula.

Despite growing volumes, Saka has succeeded in improving its efficiency. The significant leap in profitability compared to the reference period creates a strong foundation for the rest of the year. Alongside growth, the company maintains its promise to be the most reliable and transparent operator in the industry.
