The inspection report is the property of DEKRA Katsastus, and it may, at its discretion, utilise the inspection report and the information contained in it in its other business activities without the customer’s separate consent. DEKRA Katsastus is liable for any error that may occur in the service. However, liability for compensation is limited to a maximum of the price of the service.
